fit15 – Biking

I’ve been really enjoying this fit 15 challenge. Today is day what? 6 or 7? I’m not sure. I’ve been having so much fun with this challenge, that I think I may continue on after it’s done. Making sure that you do 15 minutes of exercise a day isn’t that hard. It could be anything from going for a walk at lunch, or to gardening when you get home from work. There are tons of way to do this. 

Yesterday, I was lucky enough to do two different types of exercise.

45min – Step class at the gym

30min – Bike ride, to and from Westboro beach.

Not bad if I do say so myself.

  1. Perhaps 15 mins is too easy for you. Maybe you should make it fit50 or 60 to make it challenging.

  2. You are seriously putting us all to shame! Your Fit15 is more like a Fit60 or maybe even a Fit90. You rock!
