It’s officially April. Hooray! March is done. March was expensive. Based on the past couple of months, March I finally let go and bought stuff. I finally got the iphone stereo I wanted for my craft room, bought souvenirs at Disney, got some new gym clothing and some working clothing. I’m very happy with all my purchases and don’t regret them one bit.
In April, I hope to slow down the shopping a bit. Over the weekend, we had a chance to put away our fall/winter clothing and take out our spring/summer clothing. We went through our piles, and were able to give away two huge garbage bags full to Value Village. We’ve notice that there are a few classic pieces missing in our wardrobe that would be helpful to have for work (i.e. classic white blouse), so when we visit Toronto Easter weekend, we may do a bit of shopping.
Speaking of traveling, April is going to be a busy month. Easter weekend, we may (plans might change) go to Toronto for two nights and then head over to Niagara Falls. Have you ever been to the falls? Any recommendations on things to do? The following weekend, we may head up to North Bay. I have some family there and a friend of ours has a love interest. So up to North Bay we go.
Then after April, it’s May and our train trip to Vancouver. I’m really looking forward to this now. I can’t wait to see Canada this way. It’s going to be very exciting.
You should donate your clothing to a charity rather than Value Village
