Your thoughts please..
Let’s start:
Spring:
- Go zipling
Summer:
- Go whitewater rafting
- Take a boat ride – Paul’s Boat Lines
- Mont Cascades Waterpark
- Check out a band at Cisco Ottawa Bluesfest
- Super Ex anyone?
Fall:
- Haunted Walk of Ottawa Tour
- Overnight adventure at the Canadian Museum of Civilization (okay, so this may only be for kids, but wouldn’t it be fun if they had theseĀ for adults too!)
- If you have a quiet group of friends, take them to Le Nordik
- Visit Diefenbunker - Canada’s Cold War Museum
Winter:
- Hull Casino
- Make a reservation at the Vanier Maple Sugar Shack
- Skate on the Rideau Canal
- Laser Quest
- Evening at Absolute Comedy
Hmm..well if I can get a ride, I’m going to “Oh So Good” in the market. Yummy desserts!:)

The idea of group b-day fun outing is something I’ve done with my friends in the last few years. Our group activities have included the Lafleche Adventure park (with cave tour in morning and aerial park in afternoon), the Camp Fortune aerial experience, laser tag at the place on St Laurent Ave, group picnic in Gatineau Park, paintball (we’ve done paintball multiple times and always have a good turnout), group dinner at a really nice, expensive restaurant, a group snowboard lesson for those who don’t know how…..
Of course, if your b-day is in winter, like mine, we can’t do most of the above and end up at a bar.

Just thought of another one, for the spring – what about brunch and fun at a Sugar Bush/Cabane au Sucre…
