Snowed In

Today, A. and I are snowed in the country. I guess this is part of the ‘country’ living stuff that you would have to deal with. Unfortunately, the streets and driveways don’t get plowed as quickly as the city. In the city, I live on a somewhat busy bus route, so our street is one of the ones that gets plowed and salted right away. A.’s house has a long driveway and not so busy street, so we are defiantly on the low priority list.

Since we are snowed in today, we might do a little bit of cleaning before A.’s parents come back from vacation. Might get some exercise by attempting to shovel the driveway and probably sit by the fire watching a movie with a hot chocolate today.

According to the weather network, it says that it’s ice pellets outside right now. I’m so happy to be inside and not worrying about this. The new civic A. and I just bought, doesn’t have winter tires, it has all-seasons. We would be slipping and sliding all over the road right now.

I was reading on a forum this morning that allot of people where able to make it in today. How was your drive in this morning?
